Shipping:
D&J Wood Designs ships items to the United States, Canada and we can ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO address. The free shipping offer is only good for these locations. The free shipping offer is also only for the pens and pen stands D&J Wood Designs sells. We ship most items by Priority US Mail, but may use UPS in some instances.Most of our products are handcrafted to your specific requirements. Once you place an order, shipping time can vary from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of your order. We ship standard in-stock orders within 48 hours - 72 hours.
Warranty:
Our pens, pencils and desk accessories are warranted against material defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. For warranty repairs, send the product with a copy of the receipt to us and we will repair, recondition or replace the item at our discretion. Abuse and improper care are not covered under this warranty.This warranty does not include consumables (pen refills, ink, ink cartridges etc.) or pen cases. Voids, incursions or other natural aspects of wood are not covered under this warranty. We may fill and secure natural occurrences giving your writing instrument enhanced character. We will not sell a product containing any natural aspect that is or could potentially become a defect.
