Product Care:
Your writing instrument is made of natural wood and should be taken care of like any other quality wood product to maintain the beauty and integrity of the pen. Never subject your wood pen to extreme temperature conditions, like inside a car in extreme summer heat. Do not use any type of harsh cleaning fluid or abrasive substance. To clean your fine wood products, wipe off with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth and apply a coat of high quality furniture paste wax to preserve.
Pen Refilling Instructions:
Below you will find exploded views and instructions for refilling your specific pen.
Fountain Refill
Unscrew nib assembly, replace ink cartridge, gently squeeze cartridge to prime your pen and screw nib assembly back into the pen body. For convertor cartridges: remove nib assembly, dip nib into ink bottle and turn knob on convertor to draw in ink, then screw nib assembly back into the pen body. Clean excess ink from nib with a soft cloth.
RollerBall Refill
Unscrew nib assembly, replace refill and reinstall nib assembly. Make sure the spring stays inside the pen body.
Majestic Squire/Aero/Bullet Cartridge Refill (Parker Style Refill)
Unscrew the tip, remove old refill, move spring to new refill, insert new refill and screw tip back on the pen.
Sierra/Sierra Elegant Beauty Refill (Parker Style Refill)
Pull whole tip assembly from body, unscrew transmission, remove old refill, move spring to new refill, insert new refill, screw on transmission and reinstall assembly.
Big Ben Refill (Parker Style Refill)
Pull two halves of the pen apart, unscrew transmission, remove old refill, move spring to new refill, insert new refill, screw on transmission and push pen back together keeping grain pattern matched.
Designer/Comfort Refill (Cross Style Refill)
Pull two halves of the pen apart, unscrew old refill, screw in new refill and push pen back together keeping grain pattern matched.
